I want to tell you upfront: I will not give you any answers.
You know how to move forward. You know what you want.
I will walk beside you as you allow your inner wisdom to come through, as you fully step into your power.
Selfkind is gentle, deep inner world work. Using a parts work model, together we will explore the moments where fear first began. The younger parts of you will finally get heard. They will learn you are safe now. They will stop protecting you from the past and start supporting you in the present.
I help people who feel anxious, fearful or disconnected to understand the younger parts of themselves that are holding old wounds. I guide them through a twenty five session process that brings these parts into a place of safety and support. This helps the adult self move forward with more confidence and ease.

I used to live in fear, fear of everything, of leaving the house, of being in social and professional situations, of using my own voice to ask for what I wanted or needed. I now have strong boundaries, come from a grounded sense of bravery and feel a deep sense of peace and safety within.
The work I offer is the same work that brought me to this place of calm, peaceful strength.
I will not tell you how to get there, but I will give you some tools that help you along this path. I will walk alongside you as you find the answers within yourself. I will listen to what you want, and support you to find your way forward.
I can't heal you. Only you can do that. And I will walk beside you, stand beside you, sit beside you as you find your way forward. Out of fear and into selfkindness.
