I want to tell you upfront: I will not give you any answers.
You know how to move forward. You know what you want. You can learn to hear your truth.
I will walk beside you as you allow your inner wisdom to come through.
Selfkind is life coaching with a difference. Using a parts work model, together we will listen to the parts of you that block you from moving forward, that hold you back from fully living the life you want.
I will walk alongside you as you find the answers within yourself. I will listen to what you want, and support you to find your path forward.
We are all made up of parts, as is everything on the planet; the physical atoms, cells, nutrients, or the emotional thoughts, energies, voices in our heads. Some of our inner dialogue limits us by saying "I'm not good enough", "I don't deserve it", "I'm not lovable"; some of it lifts us up by telling us "I'm intelligent", "I'm gorgeous", "I deserve to be happy".
I think we all have a tendency to spend more time listening to the voices - the parts - that tell us we're not good enough. I want to work with you as you change those negative voices into positive actions that propel you forward to the life you want.
I can't heal you. Only you can do that. And I will walk beside you, stand beside you, sit beside you as you find your way forward. Out of pain and into selfkindness.

We will take time to meet the parts of you that shape how you move through the world. You will learn to
Create safety and listen to yourself (and others) compassionately
Meet your parts and offer them a place to feel safe
Give space for your young parts to heal, play, rest, let go of their trauma
Rewrite the lessons you've learned about who and how you are
What you'll gain
When I experienced this work, I gained freedom from fear and anxiety and a deep connection with my parts. Each of us is different so what you will gain will be something else. And along the way you might
soften long-held patterns of self-blame, people-pleasing, self-doubt
feel less triggered by stress, criticism or rejection
begin to trust your voice, your body, your boundaries
build a relationship with yourself rooted in kindness, not fear.
