I offer two ways of working together; the 25 session programme, or coaching style sessions. Both work with the parts of you to help you be kinder, more compassionate and more supportive to yourself.
Experiential exploration of your inner world
Selfkind is a deep, structured exploration of your inner world, one part at a time.
Over 25 guided sessions, you’ll meet your inner parts, the voices that shape how you move through the world. We won't label them with anything other than their name, and they will each have a role they play in your life, whether that's criticising, nurturing, protecting or hiding.
Together, we’ll create a safe internal space for healing and build tools you can carry forward for life. We'll help turn your shadows into allies.
Learn how to hold kind, honest conversations with yourself
Understand your deeper purpose and how past experiences shaped your path
Build an inner support circle of compassion, wisdom, creativity and calm
Bring peace to those parts of you that still carry pain
Build a deep connection with yourself
This is a fixed-length programme with the option to continue deeper once it’s complete.
Frequency: Up to 3 times a week, or as little as once every two weeks
Format: Remote (phone or video) whatever you feel safest with
Length: 30-60 minutes, guided by your energy and what emerges in the session
Investment: £950 for the full programme
In-person sessions are available with additional charges for venue and travel.

A more gentle inner voice, that is more likely to tell you how great you are
An inner support network, and if you want it, access to an outer support network in the form of online circles

These coaching-style sessions offer space to check in with your inner world, explore what's coming up, and gain clarity on how to move forward, accessing your inner wisdom and guidance.
Initial 90-minute session: £50
A grounding session to explore where you are now and how we can work together.
Ongoing sessions: £45 each
50-minute sessions focused on practical, intuitive support
Discounted blocks:
5 sessions: £42.50 each
10 sessions: £40 each
In-person sessions are available with additional charges for venue and travel.
